Based on the Mornington Peninsula, we offer school readiness programs, early intervention sessions, and personalised one-on-one educational support to help children build the confidence, skills, and independence they need to thrive, both in the classroom and beyond. Our early intervention sessions are delivered one-on-one, allowing us to respond sensitively and specifically to each child’s individual needs, challenges, and strengths.
With both small group and individual learning options, we tailor every experience to each child’s unique journey. Our holistic approach is grounded in play-based, hands-on learning that sparks curiosity, encourages independence, and supports emotional well-being, nurturing not just what a child learns, but how they grow along the way.

Hello everyone, welcome to Little Hearts and Minds.
As a qualified and registered Early Years and Primary School teacher, I’ve had the privilege of guiding children through their early learning journeys. What fills me with purpose is helping little ones take their first big steps - building confidence, sparking curiosity, and laying strong foundations for a lifelong love of learning.
Little Hearts and Minds was born from my deep passion for school readiness and early intervention. I’ve aimed to create a nurturing, inclusive space where every child is celebrated for who they are, and supported in how they learn best. These early steps matter, and I truly believe that when children feel safe, capable, and seen, they flourish.
Through a blend of evidence-based, multi-sensory, and play-based approaches, I personalise learning to suit each child’s unique strengths. I’m here not just to support your child, but to walk alongside you as a parent - equipping you with tools, insights, and confidence so we can work together to help your little one thrive.

We provide a personalized learning environment with small groups of 4-6 children in our School Readiness Program, fostering academic, social, and emotional growth while helping children form meaningful friendships. Our Early Intervention Sessions are one-on-one, offering highly individualized support tailored to each child’s unique strengths, challenges, and goals.
